Billing Process

We are a fully bulk-billing clinic.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations would be appreciated with at least 4 hours’ notice to allow for other patients to utilize the appointment slot.

Repetitive cancelation prior without prior notice may incur the cancellation charges for the lost time.

Test Results

Blood test ordered by doctors usually discussed on follow-up appointment. Your doctor may contact you in case of urgent follow-up for abnormal blood results.

Treatment Room Fees

Please note that there will be additional Treatment Room / Procedure Fees as treatment room and fees is not covered by Medicare or concession cards.

Please discuss with our friendly staff at reception or nursing staff before booking of any procedure in treatment room.

Translating & Interpreting Services

All non-English speaking patients who need interpreting services are advised to requested for this service at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.
